• Post-Production Leadership: Oversaw the full post pipeline, coordinating between internal teams and an external animation studio to ensure smooth integration of live-action footage with custom animation.

• Hybrid Visual Style Development: Collaborated on the creative direction to establish a lo-fi animation style that complemented live-action interviews and gave the series a distinct and approachable look.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Partnered with Coinbase’s Trust and Safety team to translate complex security topics like SIM swapping into content that was clear, engaging, and easy to act on.

• Content Strategy and Consistency: Helped maintain narrative and visual consistency across the six-video series to ensure each video delivered on educational goals while reinforcing Coinbase’s brand voice.

• Multi-Platform Delivery: The final piece was used across help centers, social platforms, and email campaigns to proactively educate customers and reduce support volume.
